- The exact amount of Maintenance Costs will be based upon your actual product price and availability, and may vary from the estimates the MCC has provided;
- The liability of JCB India, if any, is limited to standard product manufacturer warranties, which are available to the customer upon purchase of ‘product’. JCB India is not liable for any other losses, damages, actions, claims etc. suffered by the customer;
- Maintenance Cost means the cost of maximum retail price of parts and consumables required for machine maintenance and repair;
- Parts and consumables price will be as mentioned on JCB Genuine Parts App.
- Any additional items that are not included in the Maintenance Cost, will be charged extra. For more details, contact nearest JCB authorised dealer.

- The Maintenance Cost is indicated are applicable only for base version variant.
- In case MCC is being used and accessed from any dealer website then please note that –
- The relationship between JCB India and the dealer is on a principal to principal basis. The dealer is not authorised to act as an agent of JCB India or to carry out any business in the name of JCB India;
